Calling all experienced Bartenders with a proven track record, looking for a rewarding part-time hospitality role! Lina Stores Manchester is hiring — this role is only suitable for candidates with solid, demonstrable bar experience.

About The Role - Part-time Bartender Opportunity
At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Bartender, you will play a key role in upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community. Based in our Manchester restaurant, you will be responsible for stock management, ensuring the efficient set-up and presentation of the bar, and consistently serving drinks to the highest specification—from Italian aperitivi and digestivi to wine and classic cocktails. You will remain calm under pressure and always uphold excellent Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.

This is a part-time position for an experienced bartender only — we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal training. You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, demonstrating a passion for Italian drinks service while delivering exceptional guest experience. With Opportunity at the forefront, you will have access to ongoing training and development, including WSET courses, helping you grow further within the beverage industry.
Ideal Candidate - Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years' bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting (essential — please do not apply without this).
- Confident and competent in wine and drinks service, with the ability to work at speed during service without compromising standards.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a natural people person.
- Knowledge of Italian aperitivi and wine a strong advantage (WSET preferred).
- Available to work flexible part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A team player who embodies Hospitality, Generosity, and Passion.
- Commitment to upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
