Do you want to join a business driven by imagination, where no two days are the same, and where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding food operations? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Be the central point of contact for all back of house operational matters throughout the day, providing hands-on support and resolving issues as they arise. This could include equipment failures, supplier deliveries, staffing challenges, maintenance issues or food safety concerns.
  • Support kitchen staff throughout service, ensuring teams are well organised, appropriately resourced and able to deliver exceptional standards during busy trading periods.
  • Step into kitchens where required to provide operational support, helping teams maintain service standards during peak periods or unexpected challenges.

  • Work collaboratively with Front of House, Facilities, Engineering, Security and wider store teams to ensure seamless operations across the business.
  • Support stock control, ordering processes, waste management and operational efficiencies across all kitchen locations.
  • Act as the key communication link between the kitchens and the wider business, ensuring important operational updates are shared with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and ways of working, driving continuous improvement across all back of house operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
