Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry or a related field
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification (Assistance and education provided if not currently certified)
- Energetic and possesses excellent communication skills
- Practical/hands-on approach to leadership
- Strong emphasis on fostering teamwork
- Ability to provide daily coaching and feedback
- Skilled in managing budgets
- Experience in training and development
- Strong analytical skills
