Restaurant General Manager
As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team, handpicking and training the best crew to deliver exceptional customer experience. You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.
The pay range for the position is $50000.00 per year - $105000.00 per year.

- Ensuring the entire restaurant team is properly trained and developed
- Interacting well with customers, Taco Bell management and the restaurant team
- Resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner
- Making sure your team understands and acts on business priorities
Job Requirements and Essential Function
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass background check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have reliable private transportation
- At least 3 years of General Management food service experience - Fast Food experience is a plus
- Business math & accounting skills
- Strong analytical/ Decision-making skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Able to work a varied schedule including late nights and weekends
