Wendy's Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead one of our restaurants and bring Wendy's

Your permanent home restaurant will be assigned within the North West region. As Wendy’s continues to grow, there may be opportunities in the future to relocate to another restaurant to support new openings, business needs, or your own career development.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop Great People
    • Recruit, coach & develop future leaders
    • Build strong management teams & succession plans
    • Ensure effective onboarding & training
    • Recognize & reward great performance
  • Drive Sales and Results
    • Execute local marketing initiatives & new product launches
    • Analyze performance trends & implement action plans
    • Protect and promote Wendy’s brand
  • Create Amazing Hospitality
    • Build a positive & inclusive restaurant culture
    • Champion exceptional customer experiences
    • Use customer feedback to drive continuous development
    • Lead by example and inspire your team to go above & beyond
  • Deliver Operational Excellence
    • Ensure outstanding Quality, Service & Cleanliness
    • Identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance
    • Maintain smooth and effective operations across all day parts
  • Own the Business
    • Manage food, labor & controllable costs
    • Drive profitability through effective planning & execution
    • Conduct regular manager meetings & performance reviews
  • Champion Food Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all food safety standards & regulations
    • Train & coach teams on best practice
    • Maintain a safe environment for both employees and customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2 years in the QSR industry
  • Leadership: A proven track record of building great teams and being hands on when needed
  • Flexibility: A 45-hour work week with availability across all day parts and weekends
  • Bonus Points: Experience opening new sites and developing teams
