ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Host / To-Go Specialist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests—whether they’re dining in or picking up an order. This role combines hosting, takeout support, and customer service to ensure guests have a positive and seamless experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Manage the waitlist, reservations, and guest flow efficiently
- Prepare and package takeout orders accurately and promptly
- Ensure all to-go items, utensils, and sauces are included
- Handle phone calls and assist guests with questions or orders
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and pickup area
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service
- Provide excellent customer service during busy periods

QUALIFICATIONS
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using POS systems and taking phone orders (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Previous host, cashier, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required
