About the Role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Restaurant Manager to join our Cuban familia. As a Restaurant Manager of our beautiful bar, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, primarily supporting a dedicated restaurant team in providing energetic bottomless brunches and unique afternoon teas! Our Restaurant Managers are the key to running all elements of our front-of-house operation, and we want you to be part of it! Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a Restaurant Manager role, as you’ll need to work with the management, kitchen, sales, and front of house teams to motivate and inspire your team! If you’ve got experience of running shifts in a busy hospitality environment and value a fun place to work, then this could be the perfect role for you!
