Bench Restaurant Manager
Location: Manchester Area
£33,300 (plus Bonus when appointed your own restaurant) | Full-Time | Growth & Leadership Opportunity

Your Role
As The Restaurant Manager, You Will
- Lead by example. mentor, coach and develop your team so they feel supported and proud to wear the Tim Hortons uniform
- Deliver amazing guest experiences from the first hello to the last goodbye
- Run the restaurant like it’s yours. manage daily operations, sales, customer satisfaction, stock, and shift planning
- Drive culture, create a positive, fun, and high-energy environment where people love to work and stay; not just show up
- Build community, be the welcoming face of Tim Hortons in your local area
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience leading people (restaurant, retail or hospitality is a plus)
- Love developing others and building strong teams
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and care about how the team and guests feel
