We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Team at The Lanesborough.

Le Café LPM

LPM will officially unveil Le Café LPM in Summer 2026 at The Lanesborough, marking a new chapter for the brand and its first move into a Riviera-inspired all-day dining concept. Building on the legacy of La Petite Maison, Le Café LPM introduces a more fluid, everyday expression of the brand shaped by simplicity, quality and atmosphere.

A casual neighbourhood destination where French Riviera spirit meets everyday city life. Good food, warm people, and the simple things done beautifully. Nothing overcomplicated. Everything just right.

The Lanesborough

Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, on the doorstep of Hyde Park, just a short walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and London’s most exclusive shopping district; Sloane Street and Knightsbridge, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Managerial experience in a luxury establishment essential and experience within London is desired. Lead, motivate and inspire a team Immaculate grooming standards. Deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring impeccable service standards and presentation. Maintain expert knowledge of menus, spirits and accompaniments to guide guest choices. Confident with various procedures such as performance reviews, recruitment and training
