Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, and quality standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
