Be the Restaurant Manager at London Museum

Be the Restaurant Manager at London Museum, one of London's most significant cultural openings. The doors open on 28 November in the heart of historic Smithfield, bringing together thousands of years of London's history through world-class events, experiences, and hospitality.

We Are Seeking an Ambitious and Inspirational Restaurant Manager

This is far more than an operational leadership role. It's an opportunity to establish world-class standards, build and inspire a high-performing team, and create memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, genuine guest relationships, and a passion for showcasing our seasonal, sustainable food and drink. As the link between the kitchen and the table, you'll bring every menu to life while delivering commercial excellence and hospitality that people remember.

At Green and Fortune, we take pride in the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.

People

  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, creating a culture of excellence and continuous development.

Food and Guest Experience

  • Bring our menus to life by championing seasonal produce, sharing the story behind every dish, and creating meaningful connections between the kitchen and our guests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
