Restaurant Manager – Cubitt House
Cubitt House is a collection of eight distinctive luxury London pubs celebrated for their seasonal British menus, impeccable hospitality, and timeness interiors. Insppired by master architect Thomas Cubitt, we honour London’s heritage by creating vibrant spaces that feel both elegant and welcoming. The Role
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Cubitt House.
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service. You’ll help create memorable dining moments that reflect our philosophy: hospitality that is warm, attentive, and effortlessly refined.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
- Oversee service flow, reservations, and guest relations to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and professional culture.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless collaboration between front and back of house.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Support business performance by monitoring service standards, team productivity, and guest satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations management, and service standards.
- A hands-on, adaptable approach with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK.
