Restaurant Manager - Alto, Locke Canary Wharf

A brand new opening. A room to bring to life. A team to build from day one.

We are opening Alto at Locke Canary Wharf, and we are building our team from the ground up. Headed up in the kitchen by the brilliant Chris Dargavel, Alto is a brand new restaurant in one of London's most dynamic districts, and we are looking for a founding Restaurant Manager to own the floor from the very first service.

This isn't a role where you inherit someone else's way of doing things. As a new opening, you set the tone, build the team, and define the culture of the floor from day one. If you have always wanted the chance to lead a room from the very beginning, this is it.

White Rabbit Hospitality is built on a love of proper hospitality and seriously good food. Alto will be no different.

Our Values, In Every Service:

  • Hospitality is at our core - You live and breathe guest experience, and you build a team that does the same.
  • We do the right thing - You uphold standards, safety, and fairness without compromise, for guests and team alike.
  • We pursue excellence - You obsess over the details that turn a good visit into an unforgettable one.
  • We are all entrepreneurs - You think commercially, drive revenue, control costs, and treat the business as your own.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
