Head Restaurant Manager – Brindisa Kitchens
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and inspiring Restaurant Manager to join our growing team at Brindisa Kitchens.
This role offers the opportunity to lead as the public face of the business while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- An open, engaging, and humble personality
- Clear confidence in leading operations
- A strong grasp of finance, operations, and customer service
- At least two years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager in casual or high-end dining
