Set in the heart of Gillingham, Manor Farm Beefeater is a busy, high-energy restaurant with a strong mix of locals and visitors—making it the perfect place to step into a fast-paced leadership role and make an immediate impact this summer.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be central to the restaurant’s success, building a motivated team and delivering great experiences that keep guests coming back. You’ll support with recruitment and onboarding, lead from the front with energy and confidence, and bring your team together through clear communication and engaging pre-shift briefs.
