Who Are We?
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. Our estate features:
- Four restaurants
- An extraordinary 3,000 sq-metre Roman-inspired spa (Eynsham Baths)
- 108 luxurious bedrooms
- A gym with class studios and paddle courts
- A kids’ club and workspace
We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage (F&B) team, based at The Brasserie.
Financial Terms
The role offers an on-target earning potential of £47,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour contract, comprising:
- A base salary of £35,700 per annum
- An *estimated £12,000 in gratuities and service charges (subject to actual performance).

About the Role
As Restaurant Manager in The Brasserie, you will:
- Lead, motivate, and train the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Report directly to the General Manager of The Brasserie and manage operational efficiency—from front-of-house service to daily set-up.
- Ensure luxury standards are maintained, especially during peak pressure periods.
- Assist in achieving financial targets while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
- Focus on training, coaching, and team development to elevate service excellence.
