Burger King Restaurant Manager – Lead the UK’s Rest Stop Revolution

40hrs per week - £31,700 - £36,000 per annum DOE
Woolley Edge Services, M1, Wakefield WF4 4LQ

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll know it’s about putting people first. You’ll turn every visit into a standout experience, running your store like it’s yours and building the winning culture we’re aiming for. At Burger King, you’ll lead the charge, getting your team fired up to deliver a memorable service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Hit and exceed budget & P&L targets for your Burger King Restaurant
  • Lead, support, and develop your team so every colleague feels valued and ready to grow
  • Deliver exceptional brand standards and drive consistently brilliant customer service
  • Lead shifts from open to close, keeping everything running smoothly under pressure

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality
  • Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and driving efficiencies
  • Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled at motivating teams through coaching, training, and succession planning
  • Calm, decisive, and focused when the pace picks up
