About the Role
We’re seeking an inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and elevate Caleders Grill’s standards. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage operations, and cultivate a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional daily service.
- Craft memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Collaborate with chefs to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and outstanding hospitality.
- Oversee staffing, rotas, stock, and labour costs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team for long-term growth.
- Maintain immaculate restaurant standards and operations.

Ideal Candidate
- A passionate hospitality leader who embodies our values.

- A commercially minded self-starter with budget, labour, and profitability experience.
- Exemplary communication skills with keen attention to detail and team focus.
- Minimum 2+ years in a similar role (Manager/Duty Manager) is essential.
