The Restaurant Manager Role
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- 2+ years' experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
- A true passion for Spanish cuisine and culture
- Strong communication skills – clarity and conciseness within all interactions
- Thorough knowledge of Health & Safety and licensing regulations
- Proven understanding of:
- Wastage minimisation
- Stock management
- Cost control (licensed sous-vide)
- A kind, warm, and positive attitude – setting the tone for the team
- ** Leadership in guest service excellence** with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Dedication to consistent food & drink quality
- Safe task handling and shift accountability (opening/closing responsibilities)
- Team collaboration & empathy – fostering mutual respect among colleagues
