We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional front of house team at Barrafina Restaurant in Soho, London.

Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish bar Restaurant in London, serving the highest quality seasonal ingredients.
The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar where and watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service. The cuisine is authentic and exceptional, our Chefs create a new menu daily based on the freshest produce that comes through the door. Barrafina also hosts a quarterly event, Barrafina Invita showcasing the exceptional culinary talent from all over Spain and the rest of the world.

The Restaurant Manager Role
- 2 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager role in a high-quality and fast paced Restaurant
- Interest and love for Spanish food and culture
- Communicate effectively and clearly at all times
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and licensing regulations
- Good understanding of wastage, stock management, costings, and GP
- A kind, warm and positive attitude
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
- Talent and dedication to deliver exceptional guest experience
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
- Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
- Strong team ethic always showing respect and empathy for your colleagues
- A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own career development is a must
