About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager within our elegant Brasserie restaurant. Based at Estelle Manor, you’ll:
- Lead floor service from frontline operations
- Ensure guests experience world-class service every time
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver operational excellence
This role requires a natural leader who loves being front-and-centre, motivating teams, and shaping a culture of exceptional hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead from the floor, setting the standard for exceptional service excellence
- Work alongside the Restaurant Manager to manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing team to deliver service perfection
- Enforce service standards, operational procedures, and guest expectations
- Foster genuine relationships to create a memorable, personalised guest experience
- Promote team engagement and collaboration
- Maintain flawless premisses and service standards at every level

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a natural leader with:
✅ 2+ years of F&B management experience
- Preferable within a luxury hotel, private members’ club, or premium hospitality environment
✅ Strong leadership skills
- Hands-on management approach with a passion for coaching & team development
✅ Expert operational knowledge
- Hands-on experience ensuring high restaurant service standards
✅ Exceptional guest service focus
- Ability to engage effortlessly with guests, colleagues & senior stakeholders
✅ Adaptability & composure
- The confidence to stay calm under pressure in a bustling, high-energy environment
✅ Application for Culture

- Annual Base Salary: £33,619.20/year
