Delaware North UK is hiring casual Restaurant Managers to join our team at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, Derbyshire. As Restaurant Manager, you will be leading an incredible team of waiters and supervisors to deliver excellent service to all guests. What will you do?
- Oversee daily shift responsibilities of waiters and supervisors
- Support with the training, development, motivation, and monitoring of team members
- Appropriately address all guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate knowledge of all restaurant and menu information
- Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory of stock
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
