Our Restaurant Managers play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our restaurants—balancing tasty food, high operational standards, and meeting commercial targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the fast-paced restaurant operation, ensuring smooth kitchen and front-of-house execution
- Lead an engaged team with a focus on delivering great customer experiences and meeting guest needs
- Maintain strict health and safety compliance at all times
- Manage stock control systems, minimising waste and ensuring the kitchen has everything required
- Support in-store events, including seasonal highlights (Breakfast with Santa, Afternoon Teas) and regular fixtures
- Maintain clear communication with central support teams to ensure operational efficiency and feedback loops
- Collaborate with the Garden Centre Management team to drive a safe, commercially profitable store environment and foster a great workplace

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll need:
- A passionate approach to hospitality backed by proven restaurant management experience
- Commercial awareness—budgets, sales growth, and process improvements
- Strong stock management skills and adherence to health & safety regulations
- Ability to identify training needs, coach teams, and ensure first-class service and a safe environment
- Quick adaptability and enthusiasm for handling changing priorities, workloads, new regulations
- Positive energy when managing change to keep teams motivated and aligned across seasons
