Restaurant Manager, The Glasshouse

Who are we? Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead one of the most exciting dining experiences at Estelle Manor, our vibrant and beautifully designed Glasshouse restaurant. Offering a unique blend of relaxed luxury, exceptional food and warm hospitality, The Glasshouse is a destination in its own right. This is an opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader to take ownership of a high-profile restaurant, inspire a talented team and deliver unforgettable experiences for our members and guests.

On-target earnings of up to £47,700 per annum, based on a 40-hour contract, comprising a base salary of £35,700 plus an estimated £12,000 in gratuities and service charge.* What you'll be doing

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of The Glasshouse operation, leading from the floor and setting the standard for service excellence every day. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring every guest experience reflects the luxury, warmth and attention to detail that Estelle Manor is renowned for.

You will: Lead, motivate and develop a passionate front-of-house team Create a culture of exceptional hospitality and guest engagement Ensure seamless service delivery during both busy and quieter periods Coach and mentor team members to support their growth and development Drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest luxury standards Support the achievement of financial and commercial targets Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider F&B teams to deliver an outstanding guest journey

Who we're looking for We're seeking a confident and inspiring hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and genuinely enjoys developing people and creating memorable guest experiences. You'll bring: Proven Restaurant Manager experience within a luxury hotel, private members' club or premium hospitality brand A passion for coaching, developing and inspiring high-performing teams Strong operational expertise and experience managing busy service periods while maintaining impeccable standards Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to lead with energy, positivity and professionalism under pressure A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive improvements A genuine passion for hospitality, with exceptional attention to detail and guest experience
