Restaurant Manager
Head Chef (Front-of-House) – Campaner, Chelsea, London
The Campaner, a highly acclaimed Spanish restaurant in London and part of the respected Los Reyes del Mango Group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our front-of-house operations.
We are renowned for delivering exceptional dining experiences across Spain and Europe, and this role presents the chance to lead our dedicated team in Chelsea, ensuring unparalleled service and hospitality.
As part of the team, your primary responsibility will be to lead all front-of-house operations, maintaining the highest standards while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain and elevate service standards, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
- Manage reservations, seating, and table logistics efficiently.
- Monitor inventory controls, food costs, and contribute to achieving financial targets.
- Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication and service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced restaurant professional with:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in a premium or fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of team development and motivation.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- A passion for hospitality, cuisine, and wine—preferably with an appreciation for Spanish food and culture.
- Proficiency in budget management, operational procedures, and staff scheduling.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining calm and composure.
- Knowledge of Spanish dining traditions (a plus).
