Restaurant Shift Manager - Bar
Whinfell Forest | Circa £32,700 per annum plus tips
Leisure Bowl combines bowling, cocktails, snacks, and evening discos for all-day family fun.

We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Leisure Bowl team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and support ongoing team training.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
- Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
- Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours
- Full-time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am and 11:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings and weekends
