Restaurant Shift Manager - Gastro Pub (fixed-term)
Elveden Forest | Circa £19,600 per annum plus an average shared tips of £3.07 per hour (£5,900 per annum)
Foresters' Inn is a gastropub serving classic meals, drinks and kids' cocktails in a relaxed family setting.

We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Foresters' Inn team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours
Please note that this is a fixed-term position until 30 July 2027.
Part-time You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 96 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements These shifts will fall between 8am and 11pm and will include working weekends
