Restaurant Supervisor – Turnpike Beefeater – Restaurant

Job Details
- Position: Restaurant Supervisor
- Pay rate: £14.51 per hour (£25,116 annually on 40-hour weeks*)
- Contract Type: Fixed term contract (until 10/09/2026—no zero-hour contracts)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: Turnpike Beefeater, Weedon Road, Northampton, NN7 4DD

Your Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll:
- Lead and mentor your team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Bridge communication between kitchen and Front of House for smooth service delivery
- Manage daily operations including staff allocation, performance, and training needs
- Promote teamwork and a customer-focused culture
- Assist with housekeeping, POS (Point of Sale) checks, and compliance standards
