Restaurant Supervisor

Contract: Full time

A busy thoroughfare, the Mezzanine is home to Indigo, our signature restaurant and neighbourhood jewel as well as our Private Events and Room Service.

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in a luxury environment is an advantage
  • You must be articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues

Your Responsibilities

  • Be actively involved in running an efficient and effective restaurant operation, carrying out any reasonable task requested by the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in order to assist with the smooth operation of Indigo and to ensure good teamwork
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in all projects and objectives as well as taking over some of the administrative duties
  • Promote and facilitate a good and respectful working environment within the department and maintain a good working relationship with all other departments in the Hotel
  • Ensure the food and beverage service to guests is of the expected standard, maintaining the reputation of the Hotel
  • Ensure guests satisfaction at all times
