Job Description
The Woodspeen is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys leading by example.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations across lunch and dinner service
- Lead and support the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment
- Maintain exceptional guest experience standards
- Develop and train new team members
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen to ensure seamless service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
- Professionalism and adaptability in a high-end setting
