Restaurant Supervisor - Alto, Locke Canary Wharf
A brand new opening. A fresh start. A floor to help lead from the front.
We are opening Alto at Locke Canary Wharf, and we are building our floor team from the ground up. Headed up in the kitchen by the brilliant Chris Dargavel, Alto is a brand new restaurant in one of London's most vibrant districts, and we are looking for a founding Restaurant Supervisor to help set the pace from the very first service.
This isn't a role where you slot into an established routine. As a new opening, this is your opportunity to help build the way things are done, step up as a leader, and grow as the venue grows. If you love the buzz of a busy floor and take real pride in great service, we want to hear from you.
White Rabbit Hospitality is built on a love of proper hospitality and seriously good food. Alto will be no different.
Our Values, In Every Service:
- HOSPITALITY IS AT OUR CORE - You know every interaction shapes how a guest remembers their visit.
- WE DO THE RIGHT THING - You lead by example on standards, safety, and looking after the team.
- WE PURSUE EXCELLENCE - You take pride in a floor that runs smoothly and service that never slips.
- WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS - You spot opportunities to improve, upsell, and drive the shift forward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
