Restaurant Supervisor – Mill House Beefeater – Surrey
Location: XXXLOCATIONXX (At time of posting, Mill House Beefeater, Brighton Road, Salfords, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 5BT)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (until 03/09/2026) – No zero-hours flexibility!

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate your team to ensure seamless, high-quality service
- Champion communication between kitchen and Front of House (FoH)
- Play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence
- Support training and development for your team

Requirements
- Strong leadership, organisational and people skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (+ prior supervision experience is an advantage)
