Pearly Cow Brighton is now on the lookout for our next Restaurant Supervisor

Pearly Cow is an independent collection of grill restaurants in Brighton, Margate and York, where we serve up the most indulgent cuts of meat and the freshest fish in gorgeous settings, where you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll Bring Doing
- Supervise the service team during busy shifts and keeping things running like clockwork (This could be breakfast, lunch or dinner!)
- Deliver top-notch guest experiences — from warm welcomes to fond farewells
- Support the management team with training, and day-to-day operations
- Handle guest feedback with grace and turning challenges into opportunities
- Keep the floor sharp, the team motivated, and the standards sky-high
