RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR – MONTY'S DINER, LIVERPOOL AIRPORT
Pay & Opportunities
- Pay rate: £13.75 per hour
- Midnight–6 AM bonus: Extra £1.50/hour (total £15.25/hour)
- Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge (no contractual guarantee)
Shift & Hours
- Schedule: Full-time, 2am–11pm
- Flexible shifts including:
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Bank holidays
- Public holidays
About the Role
Work with iconic brands like Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and BrewDog in these busiest UK/IE locations. Your days will be dynamic—leading a team, delivering stellar service, and immersing yourself in fast-paced energy.
Requirements
- 5+ years work history (references required)
- Criminal Record Check needed
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Confident in customer-facing issue resolution
- Ability to motivate and support a high-energy team

Note: Role may require you to:
- Work certain shifts that only allow applicants 18+
- Handle and sell alcohol
Key Responsibilities
- Shift management: Responsible for running and overseeing daily operations.
- Team leadership: Guide the front-of-house team, especially during peak trading.
- Stock & compliance:
- Conduct stock counts and ordering.
- Monitor compliance with date checks, allergens, and Health & Safety.
- Customer success: Maintain high standards of service and resolve queries with professionalism.
- Operations & hygiene: Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and operational standards are maintained.
- Shift ownership: Handle opening, closing, and daily operations efficiently.
