Restaurant Supervisor – Malta Inn Beefeater
Location: Malta Inn Beefeater, Allington Lock, Castle Road, Maidstone ME16 0LU Hours: 20 hours per week (4 days), Up to £14.51 per hour Contract Type: Fixed term until 3rd September 2026 (no zero-hours contracts) Immediate Start Available
Come and lead the super enjoyable life of a Restaurant Supervisor at Malta Inn Beefeater in Maidstone! Be the bridge between the kitchen and our Front of House team, delivering outstanding customer service every time.
Your Role
Act as the Restaurant Supervisor of your team by:
- Leading and managing a fantastic Front of House team
- Ensuring excellent customer service across the restaurant
- Coordinating effectively between the kitchen and dining team
- Driving team morale and performance
- Supporting staff growth and training needs
