Restaurant Supervisor – Malta Inn Beefeater (Hy storia Matsini)
Location: 📍 Maidstone, ME16 0LU Hours: 🕒 20 hours per week over 4 days (Flexible terms to discuss) Pay: 💰 £14.51 per hour (208 hours = up to £2,982/month) Contract Type: 📄 *Fixed-term until 3rd September 2026 – No zero-hours contracts!

Key Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Lead, coordinate, and inspire the Front of House team to deliver service with finesse
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and punctual order fulfilment
- Promote and uphold Whitbread’s brand standards through outstanding guest experiences
- Handle guest complaints professionally, resolving them with speed and integrity
- Oversee daily operations, staff schedules, openings, and closings (depending on shift pattern)
- Administer inventories and stock orders to maintain efficiency
- Ensure payments, komenções, and banking are up to date

Requirements
We’re looking for someone new and enthusiastic, with some hands-on front-of-house management experience in hospitality:
✅ Must be fluent in team leadership and customer relation in a high-volume environment ✅ Preceding shift coverage or shift oversight experience ✅ Strong organisational skills and familiarity with POS systems
✅ Soft skills & mindset: Hardworking, professional, enthusiastic, and linked up with our brand values.
Payment Information
£14.51/hour (or £24/week at 20h) National Minimum Wage (or living wage, depending on eligibility)
