Restaurant Supervisor – The Orchard Beefeater
We're currently recruiting for our The Orchard Beefeater location. This is a great opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor with the chance to immediately contribute to the front of house while receiving full induction and support into a career with real growth potential within Whitbread.

- Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour

What You’ll Do
Contrary to the kitchen and bring out their best to ensure every customer feels valued and enjoys unforgettable dining:
- Lead your Front of House team: Guide staff to deliver consistently outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate between front and back: Act as the critical bridge for smooth operations.
- Build a thriving team culture: Embrace each colleague’s strengths and champion progress alongside them.
- Ignite customer satisfaction: Anticipate needs, resolve challenges and leave lasting impressions.
- Uphold training standards: Ensure your team stays aligned with customer service policies backed by further training.
