Restaurant Team Leader

Restaurant Supervisor – Exeter (M5 J29) Brewers Fayre

Location: Exeter, Devon (Brewers Fayre, Fitzroy Road, EX1 3LJ – Near M5 J29)

Role: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) – Immediate start

Pay: £14.51 per hour Contract Type: Fixed Term (until 01/09/2026)


About the Role

Be the bridge between kitchen and Front of House (FoH) at Brewers Fayre, Exeter! As a Restaurant Supervisor with us at Whitbread, you’ll lead your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while kick-starting your career towards a strong team management path.

Responsibilities

Key tasks include:

  • Guiding and inspiring your Front of House (FoH) team to maintain high customer service standards
  • Leading shift operations, ensuring timely table turns, smooth service and stock control
  • Reflecting Whitbread’s commitment to inclusivity & diversity while fostering a positive environment
  • Developing your leadership and people management skills
