Restaurant Team Leader – iasg at Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa
We are looking for an energetic and driven Full Time Restaurant Team Leader to join us at iasg Restaurant & Spa and help us create truly human connections with every guest!

As our Restaurant Team Leader, you’ll embody the authentic "you"—your energy, your wisdom, and your ability to elevate every interaction. Your role involves leading with warmth and authenticity, making quick decisions that turn unforgettable moments, and setting the stage for a welcoming atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the F&B Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring the team to ensure they deliver exceptional service
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences, including handling service recoveries with confidence
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Occasionally assisting the bar team (previous bar experience is a plus)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supporting the F&B Manager in maintaining restaurant excellence ✔ Leading and motivating the team with a people-focused approach ✔ Delivering memorable guest interactions and managing service recoveries ✔ Training and developing team members for long-term success ✔ Supporting bar operations, helping to maintain seamless service

Requirements
We’re looking for an individual with: 🔹 Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment 🔹 A deep passion for food, drink, and hospitality—gone beyond just service 🔹 Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends (40 hours/week), between 3pm–12am 🔹 Strong mentoring skills—proven ability to support team development 🔹 A proactive mindset with a drive for exceptional results 🔹 Authenticity, warmth, and a natural "can-do" attitude, reflecting Kimpton’s culture of "refined irreverence"
