Working Hours & Pay
- Position: Restaurant Team Leader/The Ormonde, Newmarket Table Table
- Working Hours: 30 hours per week
- Pay Rate: Up to £14.51 per hour
- Contract Type: Fixed Term (until September 2026) – no zero-hours contracts!
- Location: Fred Archer Way, Newmarket, CB8 8NY
About the Role
Come and be a Restaurant Supervisor at The Ormonde Newmarket Table Table! You’ll act as the key link between the kitchen and our Front of House team, putting your leadership skills to work. Here, you’ll inspire your team to deliver amazing customer service—every time—and take the next step in your team manager career.

What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain strong communication between the kitchen and Front of House
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork
- Support Whitbread’s long-term retail strategy
