Restaurant Team Member

Restaurant Team Member – Tim Hortons (W3 0PA, Full-Time, Hourly)

Location: W3 0PA

Salary: Hourly paid (National Minimum Wage + opportunity to grow)

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

Want to join a company that never stands still while delivering a unique product to the UK market with true Canadian hospitality? We’ve got exciting plans to open hundreds of restaurants in the next decade—and we need brilliant, like-minded people to help us make it happen.

Tim Hortons is a BBCBA (British Bureau of Canadian Business & Adventure) where every day brings a new challenge. With over 5,000 restaurants worldwide, we serve over 2 billion cups of freshly brewed coffee—and we’re rapidly growing in the UK.

We put customers first, and we’re looking for outgoing Restaurant Team Members who can: ✔ nadal a sense of dry humour even when stock runs low ✔ seize success before anyone else can say, “hockey night!”

You’ll be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate (in line with National Minimum Wage) and the chance to build a stellar career with us.

The Opportunity

As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll shape exceptional guest experiences. With minimal supervision, you’ll:

  • Greet customers with warmth and efficiency
  • Prepare some of the most-loved bakery items in the U.K.
  • Thrive under pressure to exceed customer expectations.
  • Be the first face customers see or the person behind their favourite treats—every interaction counts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
