Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging guest experiences: Welcome diners with enthusiasm, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate across the team: Work flexibly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service during peak times.
- Maintain high standards: Ensure delivery areas, customer spaces and equipment adhere to strict hygiene protocols at all times.
Bonus: Quick familiarity with the daily specials and promotions lets you share insider recommendations with guests—elevating their experience even further.

Requirements
- A proven track record or interest in customer-facing roles (catering, hospitality, or customer service) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and the ability to engage warmly with guests, partners and teammates of all backgrounds.
- Resilience to thrive in pacing operations: Juggling diverse requests efficiently, even under pressure.
- Flexible availability: Willingness to cover shared shifts including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods (roles rotate monthly to suit staff—no set station).
