We Are Seeking a Restaurants Manager
We are actively seeking an exceptional Restaurants Manager to lead our talented front-of-house teams at RenMor (literally meaning ‘Restaurant by the Sea’) and across The Headland’s multiple food and beverage operations, including our Ballroom, Spa, and supporting with various events. Boasting sweeping views over the Atlantic and a vibrant open kitchen, we deliver unforgettable culinary experiences.

Main Responsibilities
As Our Restaurants Manager, You Will Be Expected To
- Master Multi-Service Operations: Confidently oversee multiple service areas and concepts, ensuring a seamless, 5* standard of luxury across the board.
- Lead by Example: Set and maintain impeccable service standards required for a refined dining experience, remaining hands-on within the operation during peak shifts.
- Drive Team Development: Act as a mentor and coach, passionately training and developing the front-of-house teams to reach their full potential.
- Deliver Versatile Excellence: Utilise your deep knowledge of diverse restaurant service styles to elevate the guest experience.
- Exceed Expectations: Work collaboratively to ensure guest expectations are consistently surpassed in all areas of service delivery.
- Manage Commercials & Stock: Oversee accurate billing, manage stock control, and minimize wastage across all outlets.
- Collaborate Closely: Maintain strong, effective relationships with our Executive Head Chef and his brigade to optimise sales and develop the business.
- Uphold Flawless Standards: Ensure all guest areas and heart-of-house spaces are consistently presented with a strict focus on quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
