Experienced Restoration Supervisor — Lead Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation Crews | Manchester, NH
SERVPRO Team JRF, a nine-location restoration operation serving New Hampshire and Massachusetts, is hiring an experienced Restoration Supervisor to lead field crews on water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation projects out of our Manchester, NH facility.
This is not an entry-level role. We are hiring a working crew leader who has already run mitigation jobs — someone who can walk onto a loss, scope it, set containment, direct technicians, document per IICRC standards, and communicate with customers and adjusters from day one.
What You'll Do
- Lead 2–4 person crews on residential and commercial water, fire, and mold losses
- Perform on-site scoping, moisture mapping, and daily monitoring/documentation
- Set up drying equipment, containment, and demolition per IICRC S500/S520 standards
- Complete daily job documentation, photos, and drying logs in restoration software
- Communicate job status directly with customers, project managers, and adjusters
- Train and direct restoration technicians on-site
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency response (paid on-call bonus program)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
