An Elite US Law firm is looking to hire a 1-5 PQE Restructuring Associate to join its pre-eminent Tier 1 practice in London.

The practice advises debtors, creditors, investors and other stakeholders on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, including out-of-court restructurings, distressed investments, formal insolvency processes and special situations. Working as part of an integrated team alongside finance and disputes specialists, associates gain exposure to sophisticated, market-leading mandates across a variety of sectors.
