This US law firm is currently looking for an experienced associate to join their market-leading restructuring team. The Restructuring Group have been involved in many of the most complex and ground-breaking cross-border distressed, restructuring, and insolvency matters in recent years.
The team represents borrowers, private equity sponsors, directors, shareholders, financial institutions, credit funds, and bondholders, as well as pension trustees, liquidators, receivers, and administrators, on complex cross-border stressed and distressed situations. Unusually for a market-leading US practice, the team offer a balanced workload of both sponsor and creditor-side mandates, as well as insolvency matters.
