Our client, a leading US Law firm, is seeking a talented Restructuring Associate to join their growing team in London.
Position Overview
As a Restructuring Associate, you will work on high-profile assignments involving high-value financial restructurings, collaborating closely with an international team. This position offers the opportunity to build relationships with an existing client base while also pitching for new opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth of the finance and restructuring practice
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Pitch for new business opportunities and expand client base
- Collaborate effectively as part of an international team
Requirements
- Qualified restructuring Lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE experience
- Experience gained in a City, strong national, or regional firm
- Technically excellent with strong commercial awareness
- Enthusiastic about business development and client relationships
- Team player with a client-focused approach
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
