Operating within a national platform, the role offers exposure across multiple sectors and the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and dynamic assignments in the market.

This is a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment that offers significant responsibility, development, and long-term progression, including support towards CPI and JIEB.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency casework
  • Supporting Partners and Directors with pitches, origination, and business development initiatives
  • Leading and delivering complex projects, including independent business reviews, short-term cashflow reviews, contingency planning, accelerated sales processes, and insolvency appointments (including pre-pack administrations)
  • Acting as lead contact for multiple client relationships and identifying opportunities to win new work
  • Preparing reports and recommendations for lenders and other key stakeholders
  • Managing risk, compliance, budgets, and billing to ensure high-quality and profitable delivery
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members
  • Leading teams through complex and sensitive situations in a dynamic transaction environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
