Gambit Search is partnering with one of the market's most respected advisory firms to hire a Restructuring Manager into its growing London team.
This is an opportunity to join an elite practice renowned for advising on some of the most complex and high-profile restructuring situations in the market. The firm combines a highly meritocratic environment with a genuinely collaborative and collegiate culture.
The team advises corporates, lenders, investors and other stakeholders across a broad range of stressed and distressed situations, spanning operational turnarounds, financial restructurings, creditor advisory assignments and insolvency-related engagements in both UK and internationally.

The Role
As a Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a variety of assignments, including:
- Cash flow forecasting
- Independent business reviews
- Corporate insolvencies i.e. Trading administrations
- Financial restructuring and refinancing situations
- Distressed M&A
About You
To be considered, you need to have previously worked in a similar role handling restructuring / insolvency mandates.

Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:
- Experience supporting restructuring or distressed situations
- Strong financial analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A commercial, hands-on and solutions-oriented approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
