We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Restructuring Services team in London as Assistant Manager. Our team provides hands-on advice and support to a diverse client base, including company boards, business owners, lenders, borrowers, employees, and creditors. In many cases, the team act as the key link between stakeholders - bringing parties together to deliver practical, commercially viable solutions. As Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include, among others Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring work progresses efficiently and proactively Liaising with office-holders and team members to keep cases on track and stakeholders informed Leading, briefing, and motivating junior team members to deliver high-quality work Reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, and supporting on-the-job development Ensuring files are completed to a high standard and compliant with insolvency regulations Attending client meetings alongside managers and office-holders Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients Supporting delivery of an excellent client experience, consistently exceeding expectations Contributing to business development, including attending marketing events where appropriate Preparing case reviews and briefing office-holders on key issues Supporting managers in monitoring WIP and debtor balances Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have Proven experience in corporate insolvency, with a focus on administrations and liquidations Strong knowledge of insolvency rules, statutory requirements, and compliance standards Able to adapt quickly, work at pace, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously A proactive, solutions orientated mindset with strong attention to detail CPI qualification (or working towards) preferred Additional Information As a colleague here at S&W you will have access to benefits that include Competitive salary Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension contribution Hybrid working model (role dependent) Generous holiday package Option to purchase additional holiday Shared parental leave Fully funded training towards professional qualifications Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loan Eye care support We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
